line according to sausage casing type and production capacity requirements of our customers.In general, the sausage production line is composed of Frozen meat cutting machine, meat grinder, meat bowl cutter, meat mixer,sausage stuffer, smoke house(oven).

Meat grinder

The frozen meat grinder machine push the raw meat in the hopper to the pre-cut plate in the cutter box by the rotating screw, and cuts the meat by the shearing action formed by the rotating cutting edge and the orifice of the orifice plate. And under the action of the screw pressing force, the finished meat is continuously discharged outside the orifice plate.

The machine adopts cutting function of stripping-comb's high speed, bowl cutter chops meat and accessories into meat paste or the meat mud, can also auxiliary materials, Borneo, water and meat or meat mix together evenly.
