* DMP-430A is actually for tray sealer DMP-430B + Gas mixer.
* Above price do not include air compressor. It cost additional 400USD .
* We can customize wider/deeper chamber, with extra 200USD. if client has big or deep tray. Tray depth can be maxi 120mm.
* Voltage can be customized as required.
* Above price include one mold. Additional cost 600USD each extra mold. The machine support maxi 3 molds. Each tray size/shape require one mold.
* The machine can also pack bags with gas fill, cost extra 300USD
* If client order more than 3pcs, there will be discount.
Application
1. Suitable item. Food item like ready meal, meat, fish, sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, tofu, salad, sandwich, cooked food etc.
2. Tray size. Machines are customized accordingly to client tray size/shape. Above is just for reference.
3. Package type. Our machine can support both tray+film and bags. Standard machine only support tray+film, bag packing cost extra.
4. Package material. Trays or bags made from PP / PET/ Aluminium foil.
Why Choose Us
How the machine work for MAP?
The machine will remove air from tray, then fill modified gas into tray, and seal cover film. Whole process happens in a closed chamber.

Oxygen gas (O2). It keep fresh cell sleep but still alive.
Carbon Dioxide gas（CO2）. Inhibit the growth of aerobic bacteria.
Nitrogen gas (N2). Does not have special function. Nitrogen gas fill after vacuum, it protect good tray shape under atmospheric pressure.

Multi purpose. Pack both tray and bags
The machine can pack both trays and bags.

Trays. The tray size/shape not fixed. Machine is customized as per client trays.
Bags. Just remove tray mold, and put another heat/seal unit for bag packing. Cost extra 300USD if need this.

Gas mixer set
Gas mixer is an seperate machine. It is easy to preset or change the gases ratio.
Gas mixer share same PLC with tray sealer, so gas mixer can't work with other machines.
The input pressure of gas source shall be less than 0.3Mba.

How to get quotation and process order
What information from client is neccessory for correct quotation?
1. What is your tray size?
2. Which function do you need?
* Function 1. vacuum+O2/N2/CO2 mixing and filling+seal
* Function 2. Vacuum+nitrogen fill+seal
* Function 3. Seal directly without vacuum or nitronge filling.
Does client need send samples?
Yes. We need sample before and after get machine ready.
* Before production. Require tray sample and its drawing, so that to customize mold.
* After machine ready. If client can send at least 100pcs trays+film sample for each tray size, we will test and adjust machine, so that to make sure machine is under good condition and it parameter set ready set for your trays. This is important to handle before shipment.
Shipment term?
1. We ship under FOB or CIF by sea usually.
2. If client require DDP or DDU, please offer details address, we will offer accordinlgy.
Payment?
40% prepayment before production, balance before shipment.
* We will advice minimun film width after prepayment.
* After factory test the machine, we offer running video and picture for confirm. Then client arrange balance.
Lead time?
After prepayment, and getting tray sample/drawing, it need about 30days.
Do you test machine before shipment?
We will test machine and make sure machine under good condition before shipment.
After sale service?
If there's any problem, just offer videos, pictures of all touch screen pages, we will study and guide online. Usually problem can be solved this way.
If neccessory, our engineer is ready to fly oversea.
