Leybold Vaccum Pump
All of our Richards thermoforming packaging machines are equipt a Leybold vacuum pump. For some special applications, two Leybold vacuum pumps will be equipped. It will ensure a sufficient vacuum level, which is stable and continuous.
Siemens PLC and servos drivers, Schneider breakers, and Pierz relays
Siemens PLC and servos drivers, Schneider relays and circuit breakers, and Pierz safety relays are standard accessories. These ensure the efficient and safe running of the packaging machine.
Aluminum Alloy Mold
The aluminum alloy mold is manufactured by CNC machining in one go so that the molding effect is exactly what you need. Meanwhile, there are water cooling channels distributed inside the forming chamber and the heat sealing chamber, so that the chamber working at a high temperature can get effective cooling and thus will extend the packaging machine service life.
Polymer Rial and 304 Stainless Steel Chain
The guide rail used in polymer material allows the 304 stainless steel chain to run smoothly on it without the need to add lubricant. The upper part uses a fully wrapped guide rail, which can precisely control the position of the bottom packing film, and the lower part is segmented, which can effectively reduce friction and thus increase the service life of the chain.
Packaging Film Automatic Position Correction Devices
According to the customer's needs, we install automatic position correction devices for the top and bottom packaging film for the packaging machine. The film position is precisely sensed by a high-sensitivity sensor, and the correction device will immediately move the film to the set position once there is any offset. This way, the packaging film will no longer fall off when the packaging machine is running. For customers who use the fully automatic filling system, the state of being unmanned is truly achieved.
Printer Mount
We have installed a printer mount for each packaging machine. You can install the printing head of the printer on this mount and print the production information that you need on the package. For example, production date, product number, production batch number, shelf life, barcode, QR code, etc. (Requires the printer to have the ability to print barcodes.)

Q1: How long it will take to deliver the packaging machine after the deposit?
A1: Usually it will take 45 working days to manufacture the packaging machine and ready to deliver. The first 10 days we design the drawings, the last 30 days, we manufacture the machine.
Q2: What do we need to make a special offer?
A2: To make a special offer we will need the dimensions of the product and package. Also, we need the approximate capacity you want per hour with this machine. Other information or specifications you want which we need to know before we start the project, please tell us all.
Q3: How long is the warranty period?
A3: We offer one year warranty excluding wearable parts such as heat-sealing pad, film, heating tube, etc.
Q4: Will you offer an oversea service?
A4: Yes, We will. But first, we suggest solving the problem online. If the problem is still, we can arrange engineer to go to your factory. But this is not included in the warranty. (We have temporarily canceled this service until the end of COVID19.)
Q5: How to train us for using this machine?
A5: Normally your people can operate this machine easily through our video teaching. (Once we have again provided on-site installation services, our engineers will provide training services for your staff at your factory.)
