Client can set time for vacuum / gas fill / seal / cool this page.
How to adjust gas fill

We leave a hole here for gas fill, just connect it with gas bottle directly.

Turn this cap, you can adjust gas input flow. It shall be lower than 0.2Mpa.






On control panel, you can adjust time for gas fill.

Prepare before packing

a. Connect air compressor
b. Connect with gas bottle if need gas fill.
c. Connect pedal
d. Connect power supply

How to pack bags?

a. Pull up air switch.
b. Choose pack mode and set time on controller
c. Insert nozzles into bags and align bag onto seal unit.
d. Press pedal by foot.
e. Remove ready bags.

The safety is guaranteed.
Application
1. Suitable item. Solid item like beans, meat, fish, sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, hardware etc.
2. Not suitable for powder/liquid, or product which sensitive with pressure.
3. Package weight shall be less than 10Kg.
4. Bag size shall be biger than 20*15cm.
5. Bag type. Bag with zipper, folder, or 3-seal side.
6. Bag material. Paper, plastic, aluminium.

How to connect with gas source?
Buyer prepare gas bottle, then connect our machine directly with hose will be ok. We leave a hole on the machine for gas connect.

What kind of air compressor shall we use?
Small air compressor with 30L gas tank, and supply 0.6-0.8Mpa air pressure will be ok.
Shipment term?
1. We ship under FOB or CIF by sea usually.
2. This machine is small, it can also be send by express, or by air.
Payment?
40% prepayment before production, balance before shipment.
Lead time?
7-15days after prepayment.
